I’m Denisse Hiches-Rodriguez, a Central Ohio real estate agent with Red 1 Realty and the founder of The Denisse Collective.

With a background in finance, accounting, and commercial real estate operations, I approach real estate differently. I look beyond the purchase price or closing date to help you consider the complete picture: monthly costs, cash flow, equity potential, resale value, financial organization, and how today’s decision may affect your options tomorrow.
